  Mechanical Designer

  About the Role: We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to join our Cooling Sustaining Engineering Team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and update of mechanical components for our cooling machines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure innovative and highquality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a collaborative attitude to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

  Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Design: Create and modify 3D/2D models and bills of materials for mechanical components using CAD software (preferably Solid Edge or similar). Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with electrical designers to integrate shared systems (e.g., electrical panel placement and cable routing). Project Management: Solve field issues ("Warm Loop"), support product innovation, and manage obsolescence ("Cold Loop"). Cross-Department Interaction: Collaborate with procurement, quality, industrialization, and the Research Center to maximize design quality. Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identify optimal development actions to improve processes and products. Travel: Availability for national and international travel to support design and service activities.

  Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Experience, even brief, in mechanical design for industrial machines (preference for HVAC systems). Software Proficiency: Proficiency in mechanical CAD software (preferably Solid Edge) and familiarity with PLM and PDM systems (preferred). Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of refrigeration machines is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability. Languages: Basic knowledge of English is preferred.

  Requirements: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education (preferred). Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information to tackle complex projects. Strong interest in innovative design and attention to detail

  Electrical Designer

  About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Design Specialist to join our Cooling Sustaining Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with electrical design tools, analyzing and interpreting technical drawings, and supporting the development and assembly of electrical panels and cooling units. This position is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for quality and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs and assemblies meet the highest standards, delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Mechanical Processes: Understand and support basic mechanical assembly processes when required. Travel: Availability for national and international travel to support design and service activities.

  Requirements: Technical Background: A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.   Requisiti richiesti

   Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica (preferibile), Ingegneria elettrica(preferibile), Ingegneria dell'Automazione, Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria dei Materiali. Il Candidato deve dimostrare ampia predisposizione all’apprendimento ed al lavoro in team (Qualità – Metodi –Ufficio acquisti  – Ufficio Tecnico), nonché spiccata attenzione al raggiungimento dei risultati. Inoltre, deve possedere buone conoscenze degli strumenti informatici ed ampia autonomia dell’uso dei principali software (Microsoft Office).  Conoscenza della Lingua inglese

   

  Descrizione del ruolo

   Il Candidato, con opportuna formazione ed affiancamento, si occuperà:

  • di identificare i fattori di Non Qualità generati dai fornitori, eseguendo approfondite analisi e monitorando i piani di miglioramento della Qualità dei prodotti e dei processi;
  • dell’implementazione delle azioni correttive e preventive per la risoluzione delle Non Conformità e della loro potenziale ricorrenza nell’area di incoming;
  • Eseguire Audit e Validazione dei fornitori
  • dell’organizzazione opportuna della gestione della Qualità sui processi di fabbricazione del Fornitore, intraprendendo le azioni necessarie per assicurare il costante rispetto delle aspettative dei Clienti e degli standard qualitativi di Schneider Electric;
  • di contribuire, nell’ambito dello sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti, che gli stessi ed i relativi processi siano in grado di raggiungere i livelli di soddisfazione richiesti dai Clienti e gli obiettivi di Qualità dell’offerta definita
