1) The fair has begun: what should I do?

Check the system requirements and enter the meeting room after logging in.
You will see your calendar with appointments made with companies.
You will receive an e-mail when it's your turn, so check the e-mail address you registered with. In the meantime, make sure the audio is working.

2) No company has invited me to an interview. What should I do?

Unfortunately, your profile does not match the opening of any company or has not been selected. Look for a stand of a company you would like to apply to. Send them your CV by clicking on "Send CV".

3) I am doing a video interview with a company but I am experiencing audio/video problems. What should I do?

Please check your Internet connection. You can do a speed test at http://www.speedtest.net/.
A 350 kbps bandwidth is required for proper operation. If your band is lower, we recommend using another connection such as your smartphone.

4) I'm doing a video interview with a company but I can't hear anything. What should I do?

Check if the audio is enabled and the volume is at the correct level. If the problem persists, use the chat.

At the agreed time the button with the handset symbol on the phone will be enabled and you can start the call.
In the meantime, make sure the sound is working.

2) I was having a video interview with a student, but for some reason the call stopped. What should I do?

Click on the handset symbol on the phone as if to hang it up and then try calling him again by clicking on the handset again. The candidate will receive an email with the new link.
