    Quality Engineer

     

    • Ensure end-to-end quality of defined product portfolio and apply related CS&Q directives
    • Continuously monitor and improve offer quality performance
    • Analyze field failure info and customer feedback, collaborate with internal stakeholders for improvements
    • Initiate, assign, and manage PRBs for root cause analysis and drive progress through 8D problem-solving process
    • Prioritize corrective and preventive actions
    • Establish project quality plan with appropriate targets and lead execution
    • Collect and analyze Voice of Customer to provide customer requirements to project team
    • Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation plans
    • Support project teams on methods and quality tools
    • Assist in decision-making processes and provide coaching to project and agile release train teams
